Wizards beat NBA-best Cavs 109-101

Wizards scored a huge win last Thursday against the visiting Cleveland Cavaliers. The Wizards upset Lebron James and the Cavs on solid scoring from Butler and Jamison and a standout performance from Darius Songalia who added 17 points. Butler scored 25 and Jamison was solid with 19 points and 5 boards. The Wizards survived a late push from the Cavs to hold on 109-101 snapping a 3 game losing streak.
The Wizards were up by 10 going into the fourth when the Cavs went on a 16-6 run. The Wizards battled back with an 11-3 run of their own capped by a short jumper by Arenas playing in his second game this season. Arenas finished with 11 points and 10 assists. Arenas, playing his second game of the season in his latest attempt to return from knee surgery, had 11 points on 3-for-11 shooting with 10 assists and six rebounds in 33 minutes.
At press time the Wizards are set to play Lebron and the Cavs in Cleveland. The Wizards have beaten the Cavaliers twice this season.
The Wizards next home game will be against the Toronto Raptors on Monday April 13.
