11/4/09 CDS: Police are investigating a CDS incident involving a student on the 4th floor of Edgewood Commons. A clear plastic tube containing a white powdery substance was found in the apartment after a police search was conducted. Substance was forwarded to the MSP lab for testing.

Nov. 12 Jared Smallenburg was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after an officer pulled Smallenburg over for nearly hitting his police cruiser at the Kit Carson and Park Drive intersection.

Upon arrival, the officer spoke to a facilities services employee who said a bathroom garbage can was thrown from the 16th floor, landing on the second floor overhang.
